Laura graduated in 2017 from ICT Northumberland College, she received a 2200 hour massage therapy diploma with honours. Through her time at Northumberland she has had additional training in pregnancy and sports massage, as well as fascial work. Through continuing studies Laura has been certified in cupping massage and completed Schweitzer’s deep tissue therapy program. Laura enjoys customizing every treatment for each client’s needs, she utilizes several techniques such as general Swedish and deep tissue massage, fascial releases, joint mobilizations and several forms of stretching to reach client goals.
